one another suggestion I have to make is this:
We need to get Indian/Chinese community (citizens) involved to fight for us.
We need to have some of them as leaders in the IV. (they could be people who have struggled with the EB process and identify with us) they could be highly successful Indian/chinese or other countries businessmen/scientists/media personal etc etc (if possible)
Remember the strength of the ilegal community is that their legal brothers and sisters dont hate them but always stand with them.
We somehow ( I have no clue how) need to get this to happen. Also each one of us who are currently here should make a pledge that "Even if my card is printed, I will continue to use the extra freedom that I got to always stand up and fight for my brothers and sisters who are struggling with this system".

Hello friends,
My birth certificate has the following information
date of birth, Mothers name, fathers name, place of birth. It does not have my name and i am from India. Is it ok.. or should i get one with name.
My PD is not current but i am getting ready with all the documents, just in case it gets current.
Mine too. Thats normal if you are from Bombay and getting birth certificate after years.

Same for me too!!! i got second e-mail today also. I got another e-mail on july 14th with same content. My EAD expires in 15 days and i am on EAD. I don't know What the hell is going on. I e-filed on May 8th.
same for me too !! first I thought that this was because I had opened a service request ..but now it seems this happened for everyone ..does this mean -- the previous production of card data was lost ?? I hope there is no FP again and hopefully all will get 2 year cards !!

I called Hilda Sollis and Senator Robert Menendez office. Left a voice mail for Robert Menendez secretary. Hilda Solis office asked me which organisation I am with. I told her that I am with IV and requested to pass the message to Hilda Solis for cosponsoring of the 2 bills. Will call few more tomorrow.

there is a third option. After 140 is approved, you may change employers (assuming 180 days since 485 filing are up) but still maintain H1 status by doing an H1 transfer. AC21 does not require the use of EAD. It is equally possible to invoke AC21 while still maintaining H1 status. Of course, it may be easier to use EAD for employers that do not want to sponsor H1 since you already have an EAD.

So basically USCIS is in violation of regula
tion for not accepting 485 petitions for EB3-other worker category even though those petitions are current as per June Bulletin issued in May.
I hope USCIS atleast follows the regulations and laws. Coz we just finished with an 18 month debate in the Senate today on law-abiding done by immigrants. And now suddenly USCIS is acting like an undocumented worker ignoring the laws and regulations.
