Yes...please keep a print out of July interim memo (if you have to go to an interview)
when I went for the interview, I have truck load of documents..everyone was looking wierd at us..
They didnt check any Tax returns, bank statements..BUT DO TAKE THEM.
may be she didnt check them because I had a big bump around filing date.

If we can even collectively demand official data, which I think we are entitled to, it will help IV community in estimating the wait times for individual cases. It may also help USCIS in correcting their projections and foreseeing the demand.

ya, lets step-up a poll and have everyone vote, as if this is the US congress. And after voting leave it for someone else to work on this and other "brilliant" idea. There needs to be a reality check. This poll doesn't mean anything unless there are enough people to spend time and energy at every level. But ya, lets setup a poll and have everyone vote, it will give everyone a feel good factor that everyone contributed in the advocacy effort, how? by voting in the pool and not doing anything about how everyone votes.

I have no words for people in this forum, suggesting the person to just be quite and not report about that nanny who has harmed a child who is just 8 months old...it is very sad, sickening, and shocking that a majority of you guys are giving such bad suggestion.
Your first instinct as a parent is to protect your child.
If the child is harmed and you have the proof, man!!!! I would not be discussing that on this forum, but would go straight to the police station and give the complaint and protect my child and scores of other child who might be next if that nanny is not booked by the authorities.

Everyone in this forum knows that I am a complete moron: I did not even know ROW and Schedule A. So it does not make sense in paying attention to my advice. I still have the audacity to request everyone to pay more attention to the following.
Both sides have very valid points. A healthy debate on the topic is insightfull specially to morons like me. However, it is sad to see contributing members fighting over an issue that we may NOT have to resolve. I wish we had such a vigorous debate on generating contributions which will serve some purpose.

There are only a handful who are active. EB3's are screwed so bad that they have resigned to fate or comtemplating using AC 21 and reapplying in EB 2. i have tired pointing it out to many that EB 3 as a whole is in the same boat, few care and the July filers are happy in the land of EAD/AP.
Some people like me who really love what they do and dont prefer changing jobs have reached a point where they are begining to think if it is all even worth the wait. You will not find a sleeping giant, rather a depressed giant overrun by a bunch of koolaid drinkers.

2. You are wrong in beliveing that majority of Americans want some amnesty for illegals. They dont, although some policticians have clearly made political calculations and believe that the demography of illegal immigrants will favour them in the polls.
3. You may believe that you are a temporary visitor here. This is home for me.
4. I just side with what I believe is right. That may sound being righteous to you.
5. Your sympathy is misguided again when directed towards condemend criminals. It should be directed towards there victims. I am curious, will you have sympathy for Kasab if he is hanged?
