On August 5, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. yes, the goal was to be a 10,000 member community by Dec-31st.
We have not achieved that. Lets shoot for becoming a 8000 member community by Jan 15th. I think smaller goals are more easily achievable.

Are you kidding. Kennedy is nothing like Lofgren. He only cares about illegals and thinks that legals have no issues at all. Once the illegals are out of the equation, he couldn't care less about what happens to legals.
I can bet my money that he most likely doesn't even know about this visa bulletin fiasco and wouldn't care even if he did knew.

all the studies by economists, investment experts, psychologists, etc for the last several decades clearly showed that for 99% of the people day trading makes them lose all their money. it is highly addictive and on an average everbody loses their savings. legally it is another style of trading and there are no consequences whether you are on J1, H1B, on EAD or a citizen! (ofcourse if somebody knows which stock is going to be up/down and exactly when, he can make a lot of money (better call him a prophet than a day trader/pattern trader).

Hi Guys,
I know some of you may have concerns about the distances at the three events we have picked so far. If you are new to walking/running, this would be a really good opportunity for you to start training with the support of Team IV members as well as two personal trainers who are going to give us support and feedback on a weekly basis. These trainers are doing this for Team IV for free, to help our Team. So we should really take advantage of such a bonus feature.
Starting your walking/running goals by attempting a 5K is a very good target to aim for. A 5K is 3.12 miles and you can walk this distance at a moderate pace, no not race walking, just a moderate pace in 45 mins. So this is quite a do-able distance. Also, you can train to jog or run the 5K in as little as a 6 or 8 weeks. Once you sign up with Team IV, we can provide you with more guidance. We have got the support of a couple of major names in the walking/running field.:)
So come on, join Team IV and lets get this ball running, or jogging, defintely walking.

If a birth certificate was recently issued, then it MUST BE SUBMITTED along with Affidavits of Birth, Executed by two immediate family members who were 5 years of age or older at the time the birth took place�(Please see attached sample)

I called uscis @1-800-375-5283 and reached someone, and when I requested for SR, I was told that they are facing some technical issues, call back after couple of hours...

1) I have read some of your earlier posts on this thread and what you have primarily done is merely re-iterated what the issue is. Without any contribution or suggestion as to how to actually resolve it. And since the situation has continued to stay the same for several years due to Congressional indifference, you seem to have decided to pick on IV for all the faults with EB3 backlogs and the lack of effort therein to resolve the same. For a minute, please understand that we all know the facts and realize what plagues EB3 backlogs.
2)Yes I have been on every EB3 prediction thread and know the numbers are too bad to be resolved by anything other than CIR (dead) or standalone bills. I do not know why you are stuck on insisting that we all think EB2 becoming current is the only solace for EB3 (associated spillovers etc etc.). IF Eb2 I gets current - well and good - Eb3 will still need some legislative relief (here I go again with EB2 vs EB3 - something I hate to do). But then one of your original gripes seemed to be blaming IV for not considering EB3 provisions in this Diversity Visa Bill which, at this early stage, is completely befuddling!
3) Your entire approach of going after EB2 applicants and blaming them for your dreamt up failure of IV is insane. Diluting the discussion with vitriol and then blaming everyone around you for not participating makes you a bigger "bigot" (sorry - just paraphrasing one of your used words) than what you blame others to be.
4) You do not represent my opinions. So please stop advocating yourself as an EB3 representative (which you are doing whether you believe it or not). The idea is that EB2 had benefited to a certain amount because of the change in spill over rule which is good for them i am all gung ho for them. Michelle Bachman's office in DC, the congresswoman from my district. Please contact your district congressman/woman, as they will take MORE interest as you live in their constituentcy. I made it a point to clarify that these bills support Highly Skilled Based Legal Immigrants waiting patiently in the line for a green card for 5-10 years.

Do you have any signature or delivery confirmation? I mailed on 3/11 and got signature proof that consulate has received and Ramana Rao had signed. You are now scaring me. I am going to call consulate tomorrow. Will keep you posted.
