I have written an email to Matthew Oh (www.immigration-law.com) informing him about this campaign. I have requested him to post about this campaign in his "Breaking News" section. Because lots of people read his website for updates.

you cannot take one guy's response and generalize.
Majority of EB2 members understand the problems faced by EB3. They are willing to work together. However it must be something better than the status quo.
The strategies and solution presented must benefit vast majority of people rather than one specific group.
I am totally against any effort that undermines one group and favor's other.
Visa recapture is the only permanent solution to our problems.

I did contribute during Flower campaign and I spread the word around to make sure my friends contributed as well. I was only trying to help you guys who are anxious looking at their case status online.
Thanks for info. Now we at least know the application is being worked on though the status does not change.
On a lighter note though, you are now making people to look at one more place for GC, that is mail box, in addition to checking email, SMS, and online status :D.

My EAD is expiries on 08/24/2010. What is the best time or when can start renewal process? is it ok, if If I apply on04/29/2010. it will be less than 120 days only.

I am thinking of trying to call TSC again and see if i can somehow get a chance to talk to the IO, so they can shed some more light on our cases.

I sent it on Thursday Sep 11th before hurrican IKE to CGI Houston. Money order was cashed on Sep 23rd. Sent $60 including the express mail for returning the new passport. I haven't received yet. Calling them doesn't help a lot. Does anybody think going in person will help? Do I need to get an appointment to enquire about the passport application? Thanks in advance for your help.
Try contacting them via email ( check on website). I have received good response from email than any other form of communication.
Donot worry, CGI Houston is just a tad slow but they will get your papers done.

We are all eligible for social security benefits (as long as we meet the point accrual requirements).
Not to say in the future there won't be a law that will make us ineligible.

Today I have contacted Ron Gotcher and here is his response.
1. Begin by contacting the office of the Inspector General of the Department of Labor. That office is supposed to ferret out mismanagement and misconduct within the agency. With cases pending as long as they have been pending, something is clearly wrong.
2. If you get no response from the IG's office, next prepare a formal letter to the Secretary of Labor, asking for assistance.
3. If that doesn't work (though it should), next contact the chairs of the House and Senate immigration sub-committees and file formal complaints, requesting their help. If you include a large number of victims, this should impress them enough to contact the agency to find out what's going on and get it resolved.
And also Ron Gotcher ready to help us.
So please guys post your inputs and what can be done futher. Its a collective effort and have to help outselves. Here is the action plan.
1. Rather than every one sending separate letter, let us send only one letter and every one signed that.
2. Let us create one yahoo group, send all your infomation, Name and adress.
3. Draft a letter to OIG, attach all our information.
4. Based on the response let us decide our next move.

No one is saying that IV is ditching Eb3.Everyone(at least EB3 guys) is saying that EB3 needs special attention because it's movement is dead now.
While IV has not lobbied for any particular EB category but I think that is what they should be doing. Isn't one of IV's goals is to end retrogression ... so shouldn't EB3 be at least lobbied for since they are in such a mess ... I don't believe it sometimes that we are still in 2001.. that is 10 years back.
In a couple of years EB2 will be more or less current. So that means a guy who came two years back will file in EB2 and get his GC and I who has been working here for 12 years would still be waiting in line.
Some people say EB1 are brighter than EB2 and EB2 are brighter than EB3 . I find that funny because no one Eb1 or EB2 or EB3 is brighter than anyone unless someone has an extraordinary PHd or is a scientist . Its the lawyers who are brighter and how co-operative your company is.

I have gotten my lawyer to agree to be Lawyer number 4
been trying to contact StarSun who may be a bit busy...is there anyone else who also helps to co-ordinate the lawyer conference call on thursdays?
