In Dallas (Las Collinas), if you dont have medical insurance, you can have an arrangement with the Doctor and Hospital.
Like one of my friend paid 3K for everything for Delivery + 5K I think for the hospitals. Ofcourse this is based on the delivery is not complicated / C-section couple of years ago.

Sorry to say, but sending mails of unresolved issues to NY Consulate is a waste of time.
I have sent them mails every week for 2 month (yes, I did that religiously) thinking that I would clog up their system, but I guess they had the last laugh! :-)

Same situation here too. My husband came to this country in 1999. Filed for greencard in 2004. Labor was sent to philly BEC and it got cleared in September 2007 so we too missed the window too. Not sure what to do

The problem really was that IOs are not properly briefed on AC21. There are some cases where they have to ask their supervisors about it. What if the supervisors are also not familiar with AC21?
As others are saying, IOs will soon gain more knowledge on AC21 as many will use it due to the retrogression. Until that time, it is risky.

:cool:. That restriction is for immigrants. As a non-immigrant he should be able to bring as many wives as he wants.
Maybe he can look into sub classificastion, H4A for one and H4B for another.
Now, if this person is an IV member, will his contriutions towards IV be two fold??? As whatever IV is trying to achieve will benefit his 2 families

You need to file form 4852. That is super easy and I have filed it once.
There are no problems with that whatsoever.
You employer cannot pull a single hairstring from your head. So do not worry about the legal notice. That is all bull. He is probably worrying day and night about the DOL complaint you made.
What you need to, further, is go to the local IRS office and talk to one of the employee about not getting your W-2. Not providing a W-2 is serious issue.

question 2) did both you and your spouses I485 cases receive RFE?
question 3) did both you and your spouses case have an LUD after RFE?
have you guys received the RFE notices and if yes, what is USCIS asking

LUD for my wife before RFE. RFE on just mine. got 1HLUD and 3 SLUDs on just mine after RFE received, no transfer on both cases
