    I would like to request for info pass, let us say If I need it on August 2nd week how many days before I can login to info pass and take that.

    I fixed infopass appt last week for my interm EAD through infopass.uscis.gov. It showed me a date exactly 91st day from the date of RC date so I fixed that date. Hope this helps.

    Is letter from employee needed for filing I-485 for my spouse. I filed I-485 under EB3 last August and it's still pending. She takes my PD and my PD will be current in May. I have an old letter from my employer when filing my I-485 last August but was wondering if a new letter from employer is needed or the old one would do.

    Does anyone know if I require a transit visa if traveling to India via Canada by Lufthansa.
    I have a AP, used to have a Canadian visit visa which expired in Dec 2010.

    I have traveled on AP via Dubai using United and did not have a issue.

    i'm no pro, but i think the first is much better then the second. the framing of the image is a bit off, but to me that's what makes the image.

    There's no right or wrong really, just some de facto rules or guidelines - sometimes an image can be more interesting if those rules are broken. I guess it comes down to personal taste.

    Well they are always saying they "want to start" discussions things can turn quick if they want to ... But the point is whether we "in" or are we "out" of discussions if we have atleast one point representation in those talks I think there would some help instead of asking all of us to go back and start process again, this is what 2007 CIR did and it would be if we do nothing... For me I have sent emails / calls when HR XYZA legislation of Lofgren was in discussions.. but those are small numbers and I wonder whether IV Core is doing something through their Lobbying channels...     The biggest difference between different length macro lenses is the working distance. A longer lens gives you more room in front of the lens, can be good to not scare some critters away, and also to not run into problems with lighting. Personally I like a 90/100/105 mm (different brands) or longer for the working distance. Most lenses now have a 1:1 magnification so there's no difference there.

    I don't know anything about Nikon lenses, but in general all Nikon/Canon/Sigma/Tamron fixed focal length macro lenses are very good.

    It is possible if you have an I-140 approval for the EB3 labor certification. The procedure is that at the time of applying for the EB2 I-140 you would ask that you be accorded the earlier priority date of the approved EB3 I-140.

    But since , in your cae, it would appear you did not file an I-140 for the EB3 LC, you are out of luck.

    They said she can start as soon as it it approved.Only thng i am worried about is when she wants to transfer H1b what are the hurdles have to be faced.I heard or enquired that as long as Quota is there she can transfer H1B.

    Is it legally difficult because transfering from Non Profit to Regular Organization.

    The scanned the bar code on the fingerprinting notice and asked to verify the A#, dob etc. that popped up on the computer screen. I think the receipt number was there too.

    Does any one remember if at the time of finger printing for 485, did they enter the Receipt Number, A# or both in their computer.
    I am have some issues with multiple A#s and I need this information.
    Please reply only if you are sure.

    With the situation currently we are facing on H-1B, in my opinion congress may do some quick fix before the CIR implementation. Reforming the H-1B visa, I do not think any thing is wrong in that. In this process of reforming H-1B visa, can we incorporate our mission of at least filing I-485 without visa availability?
    Is this too much to ask?

    I think we need reform. Current H1B system is employer dependant and make us slave. There should be more breathing space.
