Almost all Hyderabad house hold has one or more members live in US, who save atleast 15l/year and invest a lot in homeloand which would translate into sustainable stability in AP,India.
Unless US govt. declares bankruptcy, AP real estate would not burst so it would be safe to invest in AP.....
I feel you guys are barking the wrong tree altogether. I agree that there will be a slow down in the real estate market. No question about it. But not the segment you guys are arguing abt. Only 10% of the NRIs can afford a house worth more than 50 Lakhs. I am being conservative here. So the upscale realestate market is not fueled by NRI money. Its the black money in india.

Every bank is here to make money. I do transfer money through SBI and ICICI , didn't find any difference as far as rates are concerned. Services at ICICI are much better than Sarkari SBI. At least you can do many things with ICICI by sitting here rather than SBI.
Switching is not a good option, What you gonna do if other bank also doing with you the same thing. I would suggest complain it with RBI whatever you are not satisfied with.

1 week after getting approved, I got the card in mail today.
All the work that I put in the last 2 month to get my file picked finally comes to an end here. It's good to see that people are proactively calling USCIS and following up on their cases.
Good luck to all EB2 folks who are current and waiting and to all the EB3 folks, hope you guys become current soon.

Let me ask eveybody. Even after all this, why are these Desi consulting companys successful in the market? They have poor quality product (People with forged Resume), they are not charging lower rates, but still they are able to put there people in Projects?
could it be that their products work for less? I am not suggesting this: just pointing out that an anti-immigrant will pick up on this to further his cause. anti-immigrants use all kind of stats to show that their products do charge lower rates.

i personally vote for "one step at a time approach", which is been thoughtfully discussed and hand-picked , especially after thinking all the limitations we have in terms of $$, political support, member support, contribution support, etc etc
remember:
on every bill and every single effort we try to make after all these pains, every single mistake we make will cost us 6 months or more before we re-group educate memebers and others about what we can ask for in the next and satisfy IV members.
filling up bills with each and every single problem has taught us some lessons. so we decided to go small to see how it works. every single retro prob has dependancy on others. so as logiclife mentioned solving one will ease the other one or indirectly solve other issues. im not that good in explaining all those, but i can try one.
EG: see the scenario where H1B is not happy seeing H4 not being able to work. If our I-485 filing provision gets through, he/she can apply EAD for his/her dependant and all are happy.

im sure core team might have thought thru about a million times what needs to be done, when and how with all our limitations.

I have started taking printouts of the instructions and handing it to people - hoping that will increase the probability of them calling.
