Case received and Pending is a usual status when case is pending.
Sometimes status still remains pending even after case is processed. Also it doesn't mean that you should receive approval since your processing date is with in normal processing time, it may take one or two months more too.

As far as I know/understsand : to be eligible for H1B visa for 2010, a company should applke for H1B on april 1st 2010, so that the person gets it by october 1 2010 right??
if the 65000 limit is still available , lets say after october 1st 2010, can the company still apply for H1B after october 1st or november or even ion december, as long as the H1B cap 65000 is still available??

Please help.
I entered US on H1B status. After entering on H1b, I switched job using EAD.
I am e-filing I-765 form and am stuck at the Current Immi status question.

What will be my CURRENT IMMIGRATION STATUS: ? :confused:

we were given special treatment because of our US citizen children. No waiting in line and even no qu from VO once he came to know about children
Actually I think that special treatment may be for all H1-b renewals. When we went for our stamping 3 years ago at Delhi, at the outside window they stamped our passport with "green" sticker or something like that and when we entered the hall at the FP window, they said you don't need to stand in line and we were taken directly to AO. We did not have children and it was my 2nd H1 renewal stamping and my wife's first H4 renewal stamping.

Hi,
My employer has initiated my H1 B visa for our client which is a telecom giant. I was denied H1B with the reason that I am a Mechanical Engineer. The document says that as a mechanical engineer I need 6yrs exp. I already have more than 4yrs exp in IT. The thing which wonders me is that, 2 of my engineering classmates got their H1 approved. Is there any clause which says about this. Please help me.

Get Education Evalutaion done as per job requirement.
You need someone who can write nice Theory on your Experience and Education & showing you are qualified for it. You will get H1B. All the best.
