My 140 was approved in 2007 and today I got a text message on phone that my application is sent to Nebraska, NE to review and status changed from Approved to Initial review.

Sorry to hear about your lengthy RFE. I received a similar RFE but just asked contract documents between my company and client. I have 2 layers in between. My company, Prime Vendor and Client.
I've submitted POs showing the contract and a letter from Prime Vendor stating that I work on a project for Client.
Just responded to the RFE and keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks for your comment.I am afraid you mis understood what I said medicine and pharnact vet med etc. There are practitioners in these fields called MD, DVM, PHARM D etc. However there are many more PhD students who do research in these fields. And they are not listed as STEM graduates. I guess whoever did this listing of the STEM majors don't really have much knowledge about various fields of research and also they ignored the highly multidisciplanary nature of the current day research. I hope more people will start taking this issue seriously.

That article is a joke and more like propaganda. It says around 58K H1Bs are issued and most of them are extension - but are they not aware the extensions are not counted towards the cap...?

This is interesting information. This is the first time ever that such news has come out of Indian press. You may belittle it by calling it a joke but to me it is critical because this issue may turn into a trade issue. Call for negotiating a comprehensive services agreement is not mundane. Together with rejection of billions of dollars worth Us defense deal, this is seriously moving towards becoming a significant issue. You may want to dot the is and cross the ts but that is not how the Law makers, Senators US or Indians think about these issues. They are at 30K feet level looking at the Forest while we waste time in just going around our own trees.
To me the intent is more important than the content in the early stages. We will get to details once there is broad agreement on the issue, that is basic negotiation 101.

i have gotten everything from multiple !@#'s to great but that is not the point. Your profile is empty, there is very little information about you and the first thing you post is something about how H1's getting scammed. To me it would look like a post from an anti immigrant basher trying to muddy the waters. How does this post help any one?..you could have just added it in the news section. Was this article so important that you had to create a dummy profile and post something. You were in such a hurry that you could not be bothered with entering some information about you...isnt it strange...maybe you are normal guy who just read something during your lunch break and wanted to share it with everybody...who knows... Making it more strange .My I-485 got denied om april 18th and my wifes 485 denied april 19th and online LUD says denail mailed on april 21 for both and then on april 22 i see I140 denial amd mailed but we didnt get any on denail notices yet .

2. Documents are needed to demonstrate that offered job is of specialty occupation and the beneficiary meets job qualification. It also has checks for employer who is offering H-1B job.
3. Pay stubs are needed so as to prove that beneficiary is maintaining valid H-1B status when another H-1B petition is filed.
4. Client Letter is needed so that Employer (petitioner) can demonstrate that the proffered position qualifies as a specialty occupation, or that the petitioner has complied with the terms and conditions of the LCA.
H-1B is not for any job. The job must meet requirements for H-1B. Read the pdf mentioned above.
I am sorry that you feel like sl***, but you do have option of changing the job if you don't like current job and you feel like s****.

Don't do the mistake of renewing it in India. I did that mistake and had to go through one hell of corrupt bureaucracy.
I am going to India for couple months and plans to return back on AP.I am planning to get my passport Renewal in India.Is it OK to Renew in India as it shows my India address.
